Prior to joining the GSHC family, Lorraine directed the Patient Operation in one of the most visited fertility clinics in the world. From experiences of collaborating yearly with hundreds of patients, local or international, Lorraine believes the focus on details and execution plays a decisive role to the success of each fertility journey.
Majored in Health Care Management, she started her career in public health industry and was exposed to the policy-making process of multiple medical acts and regulations. Her clinical job was to ensure the FDA compliances and legal and medical fulfillments of all patients as that’s how she thinks patients should be safeguarded. She’s glad to provide her expertise and personal touch to meet each client’s unique needs of family-building.
