We don’t expect you to track payments or chase down reimbursements. You’ll have a full team supporting you:

• Our Accounting Manager makes sure every reimbursement and payment is processed properly.
• Your Case Manager helps keep everything on track and communicates with escrow.
• Our Executive Team oversees all accounts to ensure accuracy and protect your interests.

If something’s missing or confusing, we’ll take care of it. You’re never expected to manage the financial side by yourself.

2. We Keep Track, So You Don’t Have To

Behind the scenes, we track every milestone in your contract and every dollar you’re owed—from monthly allowances to travel reimbursements, lost wages, and postpartum expenses. You’ll always know what to expect and when. And if anything changes, we’ll explain it right away.

3. We Work Directly with Escrow and Clinics

We don’t just pass things along—we stay involved. We make sure your escrow is funded on time. We double-check that each payment is made correctly. If there’s a delay, a mistake, or a billing issue, we handle it for you. We also communicate with clinics and hospitals to make sure you’re not being sent bills that don’t belong to you.

Our job is to take care of the behind-the-scenes work so you can focus on your pregnancy.

4. We’re Still Here After You Deliver

Just because you’ve given birth doesn’t mean our work is done. Even after your final base payment is made, your escrow account stays open to cover anything that comes up—like late-arriving hospital bills or final reimbursements.

If something confusing shows up in your mailbox, send it to us. We’ll take it from there. Once everything is settled, you’ll get a final summary showing how every payment was handled.
